Q2. Can I visit AME 2025 without pre-registration?

If you haven't pre-registered, you can still visit by registering on-site.
※ Guests with invitations received from acquaintances are eligible for free admission.

Q3. Can I pre-register by phone?

For privacy protection, we only accept pre-registrations online.

Q4. I pre-registered but did not receive any confirmation. Is my registration complete?

Confirmation email for the visitors will be sent out by 2nd of July, 2025.

Q5. Can I re-enter the event?

If you pre-register, you can attend all three days and re-enter freely.

Q6. How can I report a lost item?

If you lose or find an item at the venue, please contact the Secretariat or visit the organizer's office on-site for proper handling.

Q7. Which parking area is closest to the exhibition hall?

The Purple Zone (E, F, G, H, I) on Basement Level 2 of COEX is the closest to the exhibition hall (Hall C).
